Desk Reporter: The schedule for admission tests of all public universities for the 2016-17 academic year has been announced.
The Association of Universities of Bangladesh, a platform of vice chancellors from all public universities, fixed the dates at a meeting on Tuesday, says a press release.
According to the press release, Dhaka University will hold admission tests for its different units on October 9, 10, 16, 17, 30 and November 6.
Jagannath University will take its tests on October 10, 11, 17, 18, 31 and November 7.
Dhaka University (DU) will hold admission tests for its different units on September 23, 24, 30 and October 21 and 28.
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (Buet) will hold its tests on October 22; Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (Cuet) on November 5; Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (Ruet) on October 26; Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (Kuet) on November 26 and Bangladesh Textile University on November 18.
The agricultural universities will begin their admission tests with the first one taking place at Bangladesh Agricultural University in Mymensingh on October 19.
Jagannath University will take its tests in the evening after the test of DU.
Students will be able to sit for the Jahangirnagar University admission tests between November 19 and 27.
The admission exams for Chittagong University will begin from October 23 and continue till 31; Rajshahi University on October23 to 27; Khulna University on November 2-5; Barisal University on November 18 and 19; and Comilla University on December 2, 3, 9.EditorDesk | Published On:July 20, 2016
